Myles Dungan is a broadcaster and journalist with more than forty years’ experience of working in Irish radio and TV, as a presenter and programme maker. He has, since 1980, presented Five Seven Live, Rattlebag, Today with Myles Dungan, The History Show and Prime Time on RTE Radio and TV. In 2012 he received a PhD in History from Trinity College, Dublin and has taught at undergraduate level and as an adjunct lecturer in the University of California, Berkeley, Trinity College, Dublin, University College, Dublin, the Dublin Institute of Technology as well as City Colleges. He is the author of more than a dozen books on Irish and American History, including Irish Voices from the Great War and Conspiracy: Irish Political Trials. He is the recipient of two Fulbright Awards to the University of California, Berkeley as a researcher (2007) and a teacher (2011). He is also the recipient of numerous awards for his radio work, including a Jacob’s Award in 1988 for the 13-part radio documentary series, Vietnam. He is the programme director of the annual Hinterland Festival.

Paul Clinch is Chairman of Spanish Point Technologies Ltd., a cutting edge indigenous Irish software company whose innovative IT systems are deployed all over the world, particularly in the field of music royalties collection.  A forester by background, he was formerly Information Director in Coillte Teoranta and a member of the company’s Corporate Management Board.  As a Director of Coillte’s consultancy arm, Coillte Consult Ltd., he worked for many years advising overseas governments on forest policy development and on land use and natural resources planning.

Anthony Kennedy is a senior business leader with over 30 years’ experience working in CEO, Board and General Manager roles for multinationals, indigenous and start-up companies across the industrial, FMCG, ICT and medical device sectors. He served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations for Teleflex Inc. from 2007 to 2018. Teleflex is a global medical device company with annual revenues of $2.5bn, which designs, manufactures and distributes disposable medical devices and surgical instruments. He previously served as Managing Director (EU) of Saint Gobain’s High Performance Materials Division (annual revenues of €4.7bn). Anthony is currently a board member of IDA Ireland, the foreign direct investment body of the Irish Government.
